As a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I will write you a personalized plan. I will guide you and show you how to get your little one to overcome their sleep struggles, whether it's sleep conditioning your baby 0-3 months of age or sleep training your toddler.  


Sleep training is an important skill to teach your baby/child right from the beginning. A new baby can be “sleep conditioned” from the start (birth – three months) and sleep trained as early as four months old.


Sleep conditioning is when you set your baby up with good sleep habits from the beginning. This will make sleep training your baby easier with less crying. 

What’s Involved

Teaching your baby how to develop good sleep habits from the start sets a baby up to be an amazing sleeper going forward. When a baby goes through the four-month regression, they need to be taught how to connect their sleep cycles. When they are not able to connect their sleep cycles, their naps will be short and when they learn to fall back to sleep independently, their naps will be twice as long. 

Why It’s Important and What It Does

Sleep training is so important because a good night’s sleep sets the tone for the next day. When your baby/child is getting the proper sleep needed, he/she will:


  • Be happier the next day
  • Will be a better eater
  • Will take better naps
  • Will cry less


Sleep training through the night will help the naps fall into place during the day.


Without proper sleep, a baby/child will become sleep deprived and will, in turn, become fussier and not be able to fall asleep.
